  1. How far in advance should I place my catering order?

    - We require a 48-hour advance notice for all catering orders.
    - If you place your order over a weekend, Monday counts as the first day.
    - If you need your order picked up on a Monday, contact our Catering Supervisor, Tiffany Bohm-Taff at tbohm@thewholeperson.org, or 816-595-6781.

  2. Do you deliver?

    - No, not at this time. We will have our menu on Door Dash and Grub Hub for individual orders in the Fall of 2019.
    - All individual and catering orders are for pick-up only at The Whole Person, 3710 Main Street, Kansas City, MO.
    - All orders need to be picked up by 1:45 pm

  3. How do I place my order?

    - Orders are placed directly through this website.
    - We offer individual lunch orders and Catering platters for office, organization and business lunches.
    - Visit our "Order Online" page to place your order!

  4. Do box lunches include a beverage?

    - No, beverages are only available with Catering orders.

  5. Do you supply forks and napkins with my order?

    - We have you covered!  Yes, you will receive napkins, flatware, and a wet nap with your order.
    - Our food items are served in recyclable/eco-friendly containers.

  6. What are your payment methods?

    - Visa, MC, Discover and AMEX are accepted.
    - All orders must be paid in advance using our secure online ordering portal.
    - Catering billing accounts are available.  Contact us for more information.

  7. What if I need to change or cancel my order?

    Catering orders:
    - A 24-hour cancellation notice is required. A partial refund may be applied if notification is less than 24-hours.
    - Please call or email ASAP to cancel your order to Tiffany Bohm-Taff at tbohm@thewholeperson.org or 816-595-6781.
    - Refer to the confirmation number on your order when corresponding with us.

    Individual orders:
    - Contact us immediately after placing your order by calling 816-595-6781, or by email if your order is NOT same day pick-up, to - tbohm@thewholeperson.org.
    - Refunds are not awarded if your meal is prepared as promised and you do not pick it up.
    - Refer to the confirmation number on your order when corresponding with us.

  8. Who do I contact if I have a question?

    - Contact Catering Supervisor Tiffany Bohm-Taff at: tbohm@thewholeperson.org, or 816-595-6781.
    - Chef Tiffany will contact you as soon as she can regarding your order. Please know, this may be after 2:00 pm.
